Fleet, Supply and Weapons
The Fleet, Supply and Weapons Bureau is responsible for all aspects of management and procurement for the OPP's fleet of more than 3,600 vehicles and vessels deployed throughout the province; acquiring and distributing all equipment and uniform items for frontline officers throughout the OPP, as well as researching, developing and liaising with client groups and manufacturers worldwide; and acquiring, distributing and maintaining all weapons and ammunition issued to all OPP members, and managing a range of activities to ensure accountability of all forces weapons.
