Certificate of Results

In Order to apply for a position of constable with the O.P.P. you must have a valid Certificate of Results (C.O.R.). This is a pre-requisite to the O.P.P. application.

Candidates wishing to obtain their C.O.R. are referred to Applicant Testing Services (ATS) which is currently licensed to issue the C.O.R. The C.O.R. is valid for three (3) years (except for the P.R.E.P. -Physical Readiness Evaluation for Police- test, which must be renewed every six (6) months).

C.O.R. is part of the Constable Selection System (C.S.S.) as defined by the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services and licensed to the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police. The Orientation and Pre-Test Guide will give you an understanding of the assessment process, testing tips and practice exercises. Please visit the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services  website to access the guide.

Once you have been issued a C.O.R. you can apply to the OPP, please refer to the OPP Application Package.
