The interview is a crucial part of the recruitment process and is designed to be thorough and fair. This is an opportunity for OPP recruiters to meet and get to know you. The interviewers do not want to put you under any undue stress and will encourage you to relax. The interviewers will ask questions to determine your qualities, achievements, credentials and motivation to be assessed with those identified by the OPP as being both essential and desirable in a recruit. It is important that you attend the interview prepared to present yourself at your very best. Documentation of past and present employment performance evaluations should be presented to the interviewers. You should have already selected three preferred posting locations prior to your interview (posting locations are detailed under our career decisions section).
The interview is designed to be thorough and fair. Many applicants find it to be a positive and enriching learning experience.
